For 40 years S.C.C.E. has provided affordable, quality shelter and care for the elderly. We are a B.C. registered non-profit housing foundation which owns and operates several independent living apartments. Our main focus is our commitment to providing shelter and care at the most economical cost possible.

• Meals, entertainment, laundry, and house keeping services to privately managed seniors housing on Vancouver Island.

Currently S.C.C.E. owns/operates three locations in the Lower Mainland.  SCCE is also part owner in one Fraser Valley facility and five full service facilities on Vancouver Island.  Norman Jones is a founding director, and chairman of the society.
